Casa Odivelas: Moldura sobre Lisboa

The project comes out of the need to make a strong connection with the outside and the landscape. Open-plan, the space links the rear courtyard directly to the view over Lisbon, which becomes a permanent frame around daily life.

At the centre, a sculptural stair organises the house: it divides the living areas subtly from the private ones, while taking in the kitchen as a natural extension of the architecture. Minimal and organic, this central piece is the most distinctive element of the project.
