This study proposes a contemporary house in Lagoa with three bedrooms, one of them en-suite, planned for comfort, privacy and ease of use. The open-plan living areas connect directly to the outside, where the pool and the barbecue area stand out as places for leisure and company.
The house is planned to take advantage of daylight, solar orientation and the surrounding landscape, drawing on natural materials and sustainable solutions. The result is a balanced, modern home, at ease in its local context.
